Viktor Waverly
One of Osmund's beloveds, a fellow educator and an Archon of Sorcery. They've been close friends since childhood, though lost contact with each other as young adults when Viktor suddenly disappeared from Sharlayan for years on end.He is fun-loving, adventurous, and just as eccentric as Osmund when it comes to his passions. Showing great magical prowess from an early age, Viktor was expected to become the head of House Waverly, but he cast away that title to pursue a life of adventure and attain mastery in Sorcery in defiance of family tradition.Reconnecting over a decade later, Osmund helped raise Viktor and Darius' adopted child at their behest, during which their true feelings for each other resurfaced and blossomed.

Darius Langley
Osmund's other beloved, an unfailingly kind & gentle giant who enjoys gardening. Officially, Darius and Viktor are married to each other, but the three of them share a loving and domestic relationship together.Darius was brought into House Waverly as a teenager to work as the young Viktor's retainer. The two grew close throughout their adolescence, to the point that Viktor brought him along on his decade-spanning journey once they reached adulthood. Viktor and Darius fell in love over the course of their adventures together, returning to Sharlayan over a decade later after being entrusted with an infant from Dalmasca.Though initially jealous of Darius in his adolescence, the two formed a deep bond in adulthood over their similarly lonely upbringings. In time, they too fell in love, and the rest was history.

Aurelius Lyon ★
Osmund's "Radiant Little Sun" who he dotes on relentlessly despite Aurelius' protests. Having raised him from infancy alongside his two fathers Viktor & Darius, he is widely accepted to be Aurelius' third father.Aurelius is an Archon of Ecology with a passion for adventure and studying wildlife, boasting impressive swordsmanship and an affinity for light-aspected magicks. He tends to come off as standoffish and is known to be stubborn, reckless, and a bit of a rebel. In reality, Aurelius cares about others a lot more than he lets on and is just as laidback and free-spirited as his fathers.Presently, Osmund keeps his son company during his stay at the Unwavering Wanderer—a Sharlayan outpost in Vylbrand—making sure to keep his beloveds back home up to date on the wellbeing of their son.

Benedict & Evangeline Waverly ★
The youngest generation of House Waverly, Benedict and Evangline are Osmund's twin grandnephew & grandniece. Though not entirely fond of his extended family for the way they treated Viktor and Aurelius throughout the years, he holds a certain affection for the twins and their parents, Celeste & Argent.Benedict is much like his great uncle Viktor, being a curious soul and eccentric by nature. He too was to be head of House Waverly but also cast aside his status in favor of pursuing adventure and cultivating his interest in machinery and invention. As such, Osmund and Benedict share a warm familial bond.Evangeline, on the other hand, is a stern and ill-tempered Alchemist. Bent on upholding the Waverly name, she toils to surpass her twin brother's talents. Osmund cuts her some slack, recognizing her inner struggles.

Theodore Grayve
Osmund's first and most precious pupil throughout his career. He's taken on a fatherly role in Theodore's life, mentoring him and providing him with guidance and kindness throughout the years.Theodore is a stoic and intimidating Sharlayan professor. Back when he was still a student, Osmund took the troubled youth under his wing, recognizing a part of himself—his hurt inner child—within him. He saw through Theodore's frosty exterior for the caring person he really was and created a lasting bond with him.Making sure to keep in touch long after Theodore's days as a student ended, Osmund continues to be a comforting presence in his pupil's life. Their favorite pastime together involves visiting bathhouses for a relaxing spa day.

Lynell Blanchard ★
Theodore's beloved pupil, and by extension Osmund's "grandpupil," as he likes to call her. He dotes on Lynell much like towards his own son and tries to rein back his penchant for debauchery in her presence.Lynell is a sprightly maiden with a profound affinity for healing magicks, a quality that caught the eye of House Waverly. They extended a generous sponsorship to her so that she may pursue an education at the Studium and, in time, become a Sharlayan citizen in full. Shedding away her native skills as a conjurer, Lynell currently attends classes on Somanoutics whilst accompanying her mentor Theodore on his ventures.Despite their different schools of magic, Osmund offers advice to his grandpupil whenever possible. Fascinated by Osmund's expertise in Divination, Lynell often asks him to read her fortune as well.

Beau Lavalliere ★
Another grandpupil through Theodore, though because of Beau’s busy schedule they tend to only interact in passing. Even so, Osmund can tell that Beau is infatuated with him which he finds adorable & flattering.Beau is the diminutive heir of a wealthy Ul'dahn family. Though he plays the part of a courtly merchant & socialite, he tires greatly of working and wishes to shed his responsibilities and go adventuring—or at least laze around in idle splendor. He has a keen eye for the arts and an innate talent for Arcanima.Intrigued by his decorum and disarming disposition, Osmund finds himself similarly charmed by Beau. However, Osmund refrains from seducing the young lord despite their mutual attraction, knowing that doing so would cause a scandal amongst his loved ones, most notably his pupil Theodore.

Conrad Lefeuvre ★
A mercenary in the service of the Unwavering Wanderer, a Sharlayan outpost owned by the Waverly family. Osmund regards Conrad with a certain fondness, being reminded of both his son and his younger self. He teases and flirts with the lad for fun, but only because he finds his dense nature and obliviousness hilarious.Conrad is a kind and virtuous soul, yet bold and earnest to a fault. He was originally a humble farmhand from Coerthas, getting displaced from his home when the Seventh Umbral Calamity froze the highlands over in an eternal winter. Deciding to leave his homeland, he currently works as an adventurer, taking on various odd jobs and whatnot, mainly for the sake of helping those in need. Despite his wealth of experience, Conrad has a tendency to get himself into trouble with his recklessness. He is also somewhat lacking in decorum, often saying whatever comes to mind honestly but with little consideration.
